A disciplined renewable energy development and investment platform

Marshal Green combines project origination, development capability, investment discipline, commercial structuring, and cross-border partnerships.

Who we are

Marshal Green is a renewable energy project development and investment platform. We work across the full lifecycle of renewable and energy-transition infrastructure — from early-stage origination through to long-term asset partnership — in close collaboration with investors, governments, utilities, and industrial partners.

What we develop and invest in

Our focus spans utility-scale solar, onshore and offshore wind, battery energy storage (BESS), green hydrogen, and green ammonia. We approach each technology with the technical and commercial discipline institutional partners expect from infrastructure investment.

How we create value

We create value by reducing development-stage risk: securing sites and resource data, navigating permitting and grid access, structuring commercial offtake, and preparing projects for financing and construction. This discipline is what allows capital to participate with confidence.

Why our markets matter

The United Kingdom offers institutional capital markets and development expertise. Singapore serves as a regional hub for energy-transition finance. Vietnam and India offer significant renewable resource potential and industrial decarbonisation demand. Together, these markets anchor our cross-border approach.

Group Companies

Digitised Energy

A core Marshal Funds portfolio company providing digital asset management software for solar, wind, and hybrid renewable assets.

Digitised Energy's platform connects and visualises plant-level data in real time, converts operational signals into energy performance measures, and applies rule-based alerting to flag issues as they occur. Its capabilities span real-time monitoring, energy statistics and loss analysis, customised alerts, and mobile CMMS for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Advanced analytics — including solar soiling analysis and fault detection across inverters, strings, and combiner boxes — support the operating performance of renewable assets across the portfolio.

What it does

Real-time connect & visualise · energy statistics & loss analysis · customised alerts · CMMS mobile & work orders · advanced analytics (soiling, fault detection) · reporting & communications.
